Despite the property's outstanding condition and the agent's assurances, it's essential to get a second opinion from an unbiased expert. Freshly painted areas that look ‘new’ could be hiding rotting frames and evidence of pests.
Having a trained expert inspect your home can identify actual and potential problems that may be difficult to find for an untrained eye, and could be costly to fix. A good inspector knows how to spot defects and seller cover-ups to ensure your wallet is protected.
Torches, ladders, and other specialist devices will be brought with them to inspect visible areas. Your inspection report includes photos of the internal areas, roof cavity, roof coverings, subfloor (under floor), with particular detail covering any areas of concern. Builders make a lot of money touching up homes for sale. But Fadi knows all the secrets, and can identify and confirm if they are indeed professional repairs, or cheap and nasty touch-ups.
Advise
If the inspection reveals anything of concern, we make recommendations for any necessary repairs or remedial works.
